Aisle Planner alternative

An Aisle Planner alternative for wedding planners.

Aisle Planner combines sales tools and planning tools for many kinds of event pros. Kruspin leaves out the sales side and puts its work into the wedding itself: guests, seating, rooms by night and the documents each vendor receives.

Who each one is for

Sales and planning, or the wedding itself.

  • Aisle Planner

It calls itself “Software for Event Pros” and names planners, caterers, venues, florists and photographers. Its plans combine leads, proposals, e-signatures, invoices and payments with project tools. The project tools come with the project-based plans; the Sales Essentials plan has none. The trial is 30 days and needs a credit card.

  • Kruspin

For planners, agencies and venue teams who run the wedding: guests and RSVP, seating, rooms by night, the timeline and vendor documents. No contracts or payments. You create an account and try it on a sample wedding.

Where Aisle Planner does more

Stay with Aisle Planner if you need these.

  • Proposals, contracts and e-signatures

    Kruspin has none of them.

  • Invoices and online payments

Kruspin tracks payments but does not collect them.

  • Style guides and color palettes

Aisle Planner lists them on its project plans.

  • One tool for sales and planning

With Kruspin, you keep a separate tool for the sale.

What Kruspin adds

Where planners feel the difference.

  • Rooms by night

Assign guests to rooms separately for each night; reception gets an alphabetical list with every stay and room.

  • Kitchen and service documents

Course times, portion counts and dietary restrictions for the kitchen; the table map for service staff.

  • Each vendor's own timeline

The DJ or photographer gets only their items, as a PDF or a link.

  • Templates that follow the date

Your task list, timeline and RSVP questions carry over to the next wedding with dates recalculated.

Switching

Move one wedding first.

  1. Keep weddings in progress where they are

Start your next booked wedding in Kruspin. The two tools do not sync.

  2. Upload the guest list

Export it as CSV or Excel, upload it and map the columns in the preview.

  3. Invite the couple when you are ready

They add guests and responses themselves.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about switching from Aisle Planner.

Did not find an answer? Write to us through the page support.

Does Kruspin handle contracts and payments?

No. Kruspin tracks the budget, vendor deposits and a payment plan, but it does not send contracts for e-signature, issue invoices or take card payments from couples. Keep the tool you use for that today.

Can I use Kruspin next to Aisle Planner?

Yes. Some planners keep a sales tool for inquiries, contracts and payments and run the wedding in Kruspin. The two do not sync, so decide which tool holds the guest list.

Can I bring guest lists from Aisle Planner?

Yes, if your current tool or spreadsheet exports them. Upload a CSV or XLSX file, or paste rows, and map the columns in the preview. It is a one-time import; nothing syncs back.

Can my couples log in?

Yes. Invite them by email when you want them to add guests and responses themselves. They work in the same wedding without your internal threads and tasks, and budget items, prices and payments are read-only for them.

What happens after I create an account?

You get your own account with a sample wedding, so you can try guests, seating and vendor documents before you create your first wedding. The next step appears after you sign in.

Try Kruspin on the sample wedding.

After signing up, you get your own account with a sample wedding: guests, seating, rooms and vendor documents.
